Rutgers Oasis Church is a non-denominational, contemporary Christian church located in the heart of the Rutgers University campus. For years we have focused on serving college students and the surrounding New Brunswick community. In 2026 we are expanding that vision with a fresh emphasis on families, kids, singles, and people of every age who are looking for authentic community and practical, Bible-centered teaching.
The Middlesex County Fair offers a natural opportunity to meet people where they already gather. Thousands of residents from East Brunswick, New Brunswick, Piscataway, North Brunswick, Edison, Highland Park, and beyond attend the fair each year. By setting up a booth, ROC wants to introduce itself in a relaxed, low-pressure environment—right in the middle of summer fun.

About Rutgers Oasis Church (ROC)
Rutgers Oasis Church meets every Sunday at 100 College Avenue in New Brunswick, directly on the main Rutgers campus. Free brunch typically begins at 11:30 a.m., and the worship service starts at 12:00 Noon. The atmosphere is welcoming and contemporary, with relevant teaching from the Bible and a strong emphasis on building real relationships.
ROC is intentionally multi-generational. College students, young professionals, singles, married couples, and families with children all find a place here. The church’s mission is simple: to compassionately share the love of Jesus with the hurting and the hungry in the Rutgers community and the broader Central New Jersey area.
In 2026 the church is entering a new chapter. After vision-casting and preparation, ROC is relaunching with a stronger family focus while continuing to love and serve Rutgers students. The official BIG Day is set for Sunday, September 13, 2026. Preview services are also planned for August 30 and September 6 so people can experience the vision ahead of the formal launch.
Parking is available near the building, including spaces across the street and nearby lots. The location is easily accessible by car, Rutgers buses, or on foot for students living on or near College Avenue.
